G4 Spatial Technologies (formerly Miller Blueprint Surveying Department) and Easy Drive Stake announce merger of operations and partnership with Geomatic Resources.GALVESTON, Texas, October 5, 2018 -- Today at the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) Convention, G4 Spatial Technologies and Easy Drive Stake announced an agreement to merge operations. In partnership with Geomatic Resources, the combined staff and stores will offer a broad range of Surveying and Construction measurement solutions and supplies with expert technical support and repair service as well as fast delivery throughout Texas and Oklahoma. This powerful combination was made possible by recent purchase agreements that resulted in new common ownership among industry veterans Rodney Walsh, Donnie Steele, and John Clark. Going forward Rodney will lead the overall partnership and manage the North Texas and Oklahoma region with Jamie Gillis, RPLS, PLS, John will manage Central Texas, and Donnie will manage South Texas. These agreements allow Bob Miller to retire from G4 (formerly Miller Blueprint Surveying Department) and rejoin his family business Miller IDS.
